Saying Goodbye is Tough.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet Snuggles this past Friday night, February 24. It was an extremely hard decision, but one we knew was right. She had been struggling with her health for about the last two months and Friday it worsened rapidly. Starting at 8pm everything went very quickly and before we knew it we were leaving the vet at 9:30pm with out our Snugs. It is the hardest thing I think I've ever had to do. You never realize how attached we get to our pets until we have to let them go. Needless to say, it has been an extremely tough couple of days and we miss her like crazy. I'm not sure how long it will take to get used to not seeing her under the coffee table, under the chair or laid up against the couch next to me. She was a wonderful dog. One of the best. And very, very well loved. I am so thankful for this year I had with her and that we were the ones to be with her when she had to go.

We love you so much, sweet Snugs, and miss you every day.
